I think I bought for over 1,000 EURs with LaPassione and their products are great
Unfortunately their customer service is very poor, inflexible and does definitely not put the customer first (they are actually quite arrogant)
Last week I ordered for over 200 euro's and only a few days later I get a marketing e-mail, some of my products are discounted 30%(!). As I am well within my return time (according to the policy) I asked if the discount could be applied on my order. which according to them is impossible.
Everyone that works at an e-commerce company knows that it is possible (and probably very easy). So now I need to order the same product, send back my old product, waste money and my time.
Instead, I'm gonna return all the products and look for a more customer friendly brand. I hope in time they will change their attitude
Honestly I'm surprised to see a high number of negative reviews as my experience has been the opposite. I bought bib shorts, they came quickly. The price was very fair for what is a very high quality pair of bibs. I have spent decades working in performance fabrics and I can tell you they are using very high quality (and thus expensive) materials here. And, made within Europe which costs many times more than Asia. So I think overall very good value for money. Oh, and the product works extremely well. For me the best pair of bibs I've owned - and I've had all the usual upmarket brands over the years (as well as the cheapies, of course!). Thanks for reading....

Have bought from LaPassione: gloves, arm warmers, neck warmers, a towel, socks and a long sleeve jersey and all products are of good quality. Quite a steal the price when buying discounted. Once on a return there was a mistake in the refund and after 1 email everything was sorted by the customer service. Overall pleased with their products and will buy again. Still though waiting for a wider range for women.
i'm very very satisfied with my La passione products, they are well cutted, designed, great to wear, beautiful objects, i like very much this italian brand, italian are paying attention to details others don't necessarily pay attention thomas
The quality of their gear is great BUT....it's next to impossible to return anything. They use a shipping company called DHL, which only ships from the airport. So basically you need to go to the cargo area of the airport to make a return. Instead of UPS or FEDEX you have to take a morning off and deal with that. Not worth the trouble. I ended up selling the gear to a friend.
I purchased a Christmas present for my adult son on 26 November the package was delivered 2 December. Christmas Day is 25 December. So clearly the package was not going to viewed or tried on until then, at the earliest. The gift was actually not delivered to my son on Christmas Day because of lockdown and Covid need to quarantine. When my son received the gift and then tried to exchange it, La Passione refused the exchange because they said it was out of time. The La Passione policy, which does not alter even over the Christmas period, unbeknownst to me is a rigid inflexible 30 days from delivery. This meant that the time for return or exchange was 2 January. La Passione refused to accept an exchange beyond this date. In my view, to require a customer to return a Christmas item by the 2 January it unrealistic and very poor policy indeed. La Passione will not speak to the customer over the telephone. They will not give access to anyone senior in the business. They are not prepared to engage in a proper conversation. In my view this is extremely poor service, and I will not seek to deal with them again. In these times and over this period, it a very surprising decision by this business.
Great product but shocking customer service.
I received a gilet for Christmas which was sadly slightly too big for me. When I contacted la passione to ask to change sizes they informed me that because the product had be purchased more than 30 days prior I was unable make an exchange. Whilst the person who gave the gift knew about the frankly ridiculous requirement of 'no returns after 30 days' they were unable to pass on the gift due to tier 4/lockdown restrictions (they kindly posted the item to me instead).

Few points that were mentioned by other reviews:
- their deep winter gloves are really bad, I got them for Christmas and they make your hands cold instead of warm! Even at +3 degrees
- their customer service non existent, nobody ever emailed me back when I asked for a refund
- their reviews are censored, my review never got posted
Do not make the same mistake as I did. Do not buy from them!

Upon receiving an answer, the following clarification:
- I sent 2 messages via the website and never heard back until I wrote on trust pilot
- my request for returns has not been answered
2 weeks after the above review they paid a refund including the transport costs.

I bought a cell Jersey and I’m very happy with it. Fabric is soft and cut is perfect for me. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be to further reinforce the rear pocket to keep the content a bit tighter to the back. After the jersey I bought a pair of PSN bib short. I had only one ride with them but first impression is really good and confort is not inferior to other top brand coming at higher cost.
Honestly, I am generally a skeptical person when it comes to small companies. While they aren’t perfect, the bins have been great for the price point. The fabric of the minimal is very Sleek, and the prestige have a fantastic fit. I have small issues with the hand cutting of the straps on my prestige, as they are a little sloppy, but I would definitely buy from them again. I have read the reviews good and bad, and I have had a very good experience with them. Not perfect, but very good!

Terrible service. Paid extortionately high delivery fees to have just two pairs of socks delivered and then had to wait 5 days for my item to even be dispatched.
I bought 2 jersery one ripped after one ride the other has holes within a month, nice clothes but they need to reinforce the stitching as a gilet should not cause this a tear in the pocket.
Thanks for the response what I meant was the reinforced stitching does not have a backer fabric like many others use. Yes the material thin and aparantly there have been many others with this issue. A thin light gilet in the pocket should not cause such an issue.
